This course provides a comprehensive study of individual and group dynamics within an organizational setting. Grounded in the Robbins & Judge framework, it explores how human behavior, job diversity, and emotions affect individual and organizational performance. Students will analyze the psychological and sociological factors influencing workplace interactions, including perception, personality, and ethics. Further, the course examines the relationship between organizational structure, culture, and leadership to equip students with the skills to manage change and stress effectively in modern business environments.
