Academic Communication Process – What to Do If You Have a Concern

  1. Step 1: Contact the Programme Leader

    • Send an email explaining your issue.

    • Copy (CC) the Head of Department and the Dean.

    • If the issue is not resolved, go and meet the Programme Leader in person.

  2. Step 2: If Still Not Resolved

    • Send an email to the Head of Department.

    • Copy (CC) the Dean.

    • If there’s still no solution, go and meet the Head of Department in person.

  3. Step 3: If the Problem Continues

    • Send an email to the Director of Academic Affairs.

    • If needed, meet the Director in person to discuss further.
