Step 1: Contact the Programme Leader

Send an email explaining your issue.

Copy (CC) the Head of Department and the Dean.

If the issue is not resolved, go and meet the Programme Leader in person.

Step 2: If Still Not Resolved

Send an email to the Head of Department.

Copy (CC) the Dean.

If there’s still no solution, go and meet the Head of Department in person.

Step 3: If the Problem Continues

Send an email to the Director of Academic Affairs.

If needed, meet the Director in person to discuss further.
