OFFICIAL NOTICE – COURSE FEE VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

Dear All Students,

PLEASE NOTE: Students who have already settled all due payments and maintain up-to-date payment records may disregard this notice.

Finance records of Saegis Campus indicate that a number of students have outstanding course fee payments that are not in accordance with their agreed payment plans.

In order to strengthen fee monitoring and ensure compliance with payment policies, the Finance Department has implemented a Payment Verification Check-in Desk at the campus entrance, effective from 10th February 2026.

Accordingly, all students are required to produce one of the following at the Check-in Desk:

  • Valid payment receipt, or
  • Proof of online payment or fund transfer (digital or printed copy), or
  • PSM number for verification

Please be informed that those students who have outstanding payments (up-to-date) and/or those unable to produce payment receipts or valid proof, may not be permitted to enter the campus with immediate effect.

Please Note: Students facing financial difficulties or any verification disputes are advised to contact the Finance Department promptly for assistance.

This procedure has been implemented to ensure proper financial administration, maintain institutional sustainability, and support uninterrupted academic operations.
